Lisa Carey is a co-founder and President of TKS Products and oversees Business Development for the
organization. Lisa has 20 years experience in the U.S. Navy, retiring at the rank of Commander. Lisa Carey
has an extensive background in computers, communications, and information security. Throughout her Navy
career she held numerous positions that gave her experience in anti-submarine warfare, manpower and
personnel, security, and anti-terrorism. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the
Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Science in Management from Troy State, Lisa also possesses
several important certifications including the International Coach Federation, Associate Certified Coach
Designation (ACC).

Ruth Saenz is a co-founder of TKS Products and manages over production. Ruth has ten years of direct
experience in customer service and eight years in management. She is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of
the production process, from start-up through completion.

Martin Saenz is the Chief Executive Officer of TKS Products. He brings a track record of excellence and small
business achievements including being a spokesperson for the Association for Enterprise Opportunity before
Congress and Congressional Aid on how the SBA may further assist small business owners. He holds an
MBA in Information Systems from Drexel University an MS in Project Management from George Washington
University, and an Executive Education in Business from Dartmouth College. Martin has 10 years experience in
management and made his first sale at the age of five.

and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Chamber.
